Ink Badge Hire is the public hire and retail face of hardware we already wear. It is operated by ONDRAFT LTD, company number 17265335, registered at Premier House, Bradford Road, Cleckheaton BD19 3TT. Daniel Cluderay has years of experience as a UK company director, including Deep Retail Limited since October 2017, and now ONDRAFT LTD which runs this hire desk. Copy on this page is reviewed by him.

We design and programme 3-colour e-ink name badges — brick red, black, and e-paper white — then ship them with names already on the face. The photographs on this site are from sessions with that live hardware, including chapter breakfasts and meeting rooms, not generic lanyard stock. The same visual designer is used on Ink Badge Hire and on Dark Store hardware tools.

BNI chapters are a featured use because we sit in a UK chapter and wear this kit. That is first-hand product experience, not a partnership with BNI International. In our experience the same three inks work for conferences, breakfast clubs, and visitor days. We do not reprint a paper tent when the agenda moves; we refresh the e-paper.

What you are buying or hiring

Hire is quantity × days × £6 per badge, plus £20 postage out and back. Buy is £80 per device plus £20 postage, with the first year of the account platform included. Faces are designed here; we do not send a blank screen and a USB stick and call it done. Hire kits come back with a prepaid label. Bought devices stay with you unless you cancel under the terms.

The 250×122 face is the product. Chapter mark, name, firm, role, MEMBER or VISITOR bar, and QR sit in the same three inks as the hardware. Layouts save against your account so a Tuesday visitor can become a Wednesday speaker without a reprint queue in the foyer.
