1. Event dates and quantity
You pay for event days only, plus one postage charge. Delivery and return are included in that postage — not billed as extra hire days.
How it works
Hire or buy. Same hardware.
Pick the track that fits. Hire when you need badges for specific event dates. Buy when you want to keep the devices and manage updates from your account.
2. Names and layouts
Design in the designer, import a spreadsheet, or paste a list. Faces can be updated only during the hire window.
3. PIN recorded delivery
We ship 2–3 days before your event. Courier delivery is recorded with a PIN or proof of delivery.
4. Ring-fenced card
We charge hire and postage now and save your card for any extra hire days or lost items — not a deposit we keep for management.
5. Return within 3 days
After your event you have 3 days to dispatch the return label. Security tags and photos may be used if a badge is disputed.
6. Return scan = you are done
When the courier scans your return, your hire is complete. Anything missing in transit after that is between us and the courier.

2. Welcome year included
First purchase includes 12 months on the matching plan — worth 12× the then-current monthly price.
3. Set up your account
Import people, save designer layouts, and invite admins. Owner account is locked; extra admins join by magic link.
4. Own the hardware
Badges stay yours. Update faces and QR actions from the account while your subscription is active.
5. Monthly or annual after year one
After the welcome year, pay monthly or annually (12× the then-current monthly plan price).
6. Large orders
251 or more devices: contact us — self-serve checkout is not available at that scale.
