Hire for your event dates.
You pay for event days only — not the days we hold the kit in transit. We ship 2–3 days before your event and you have 3 days after the event to dispatch the return.
After the event
Extra days beyond the return window are charged as additional hire days at the normal daily rate — not as a late fee. Lost or unusable badges are charged at the current buy price per device.
