These terms cover hire and purchase from ONDRAFT LTD. An order is a request until we confirm availability and payment. Prices shown at checkout come from our live catalog.

Hire

Loading hire terms…

Hired hardware remains our property. You pay for event days only — delivery before your event and a return dispatch window after the event are included in postage, not charged as extra hire days.

If the return label is not scanned within the return window after your event, additional days are charged as extra hire days at the normal daily hire rate — not as a late fee.

When you pay by card, we charge hire and postage now and keep your card on file (ring-fenced) so we can charge extra hire days or lost items later. We do not take a refundable deposit for management — management is included while badges are on hire.

Lost, missing, or unusable badges are charged at the current buy price per device.

Courier delivery may require a PIN or proof of delivery. When the courier scans your return, your obligation ends; loss in transit thereafter is handled between us and the courier.

Your first hardware purchase includes 12 months on the subscription plan that matches your quantity. After that, you may pay monthly or annually (annual = 12× the then-current monthly plan price).
