Deposits are not the full hire fee. If Stripe is configured we take the deposit on the site. Otherwise we invoice. Either way the booking lands in the operator inbox. In our experience a 25-badge chapter kit is the size that covers members plus visitors without a spare-printer panic.

Kit size questions
Which hire kit size do I need?
One badge proves the hardware. Ten suits a small table or workshop. Twenty-five covers most UK chapter mornings with visitors. Fifty fits larger conferences or stacked sessions.
What is a deposit versus the full hire fee?
The deposit holds your kit size while we confirm dates. The full hire charge is quantity × days × £6 plus £20 postage — see Pricing for live totals.
Can I hire more than fifty badges?
Contact hire@inkbadgehire.com for larger days. Checkout accepts up to 500 on the quantity field for quotes.
How many days can I hire for?
Pick any start and end dates that fit your event. Multi-day hire multiplies the per-day rate by the number of calendar days in the window.
What arrives in the kit box?
Charged badges with names already on the face, white bezels, MEMBER or VISITOR bars as designed, and QR on the right. Hire kits include a prepaid return label.
Do kits include spare badges?
Order the quantity you need — there is no automatic spare. If you expect walk-ins, add visitor faces in the designer and count them in your quantity.
