BNI layouts

Chapter faces on the same hardware.

We feature BNI because we sit in a UK chapter and wear this kit on Tuesday mornings. Ink Badge Hire is operated by ONDRAFT LTD — not part of the BNI International partner programme and we do not sell memberships. The layouts below are what we programme on the 250×122 face before dispatch from Cleckheaton.

Member face

Chapter mark top left, name dominant, firm and category line below, red MEMBER bar. Upload your chapter logo in the designer — on this site BNI means Business Network International, not Bank Negara Indonesia.

The 250×122 grid is fixed. Brick red, black, and e-paper white only. What you design is what delegates read across the breakfast table.

Seat lines and substitute roles fit when you keep the name dominant — we programme exactly what you approve before the kit leaves Cleckheaton.

Visitor and host faces

Visitors use the red VISITOR bar with name in black — same white bezel, different layout. Host greeters can use the host template so guests spot who invited them without reading a lanyard card tucked under a jacket.

Import members once, attach visitors per meeting, and send magic links for QR if visitors choose their own follow-up action.

Host and member faces share the white bezel — greeters spot roles by bar colour, not by different hardware.

Kit size for a typical chapter

Twenty-five badges is what we use for members plus visitors without a spare-printer panic. Ten suits a small table trial. Visitor-heavy mornings may need fifty.

Ten badges for two chapter mornings is £140 including postage under the hire formula — compare that to print runs and reprints when names change mid-quarter.

Return versus keep

Hire kits come back on the prepaid label after the meeting window. If a member wants to keep a device, buy pricing applies — £80 per badge plus postage with year one of platform included.

Layouts save against your account so the next Tuesday is a face refresh, not a redesign from scratch.

Design tips at 250×122

Keep the chapter mark simple — solid fills in brick red or black dither cleaner than full-colour uploads. Name is the hero; category text can shrink but should still read at arm’s length.

Open the member template in the designer from the BNI page if you want the bar placement we use ourselves. Conferences and visitor days use the same three inks on the same grid.

Ink Badge Hire is not an official BNI International product — layouts are yours to upload; we only programme what you submit.
